ABADÁ-Capoeira Marin Cancellation and Hold Policy

ABADÁ-Capoeira Marin is a non-profit corporation dedicated to the preservation and development of capoeira. The class schedule is periodically changed and/or updated. ABADÁ-Capoeira Marin classes are currently held on Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The membership cost is currently $120 dollars monthly. The drop-in fee is $25 dollars. Membership fees are not based on the number of classes in a given month. During certain months there are fewer classes due to breaks and/or holidays.

As a non-profit organization, ABADÁ-Capoeira Marin has adopted Cancellation and Hold policies that are consistent with our limited resources and mission.

Cancellation policy:
Memberships can be cancelled with 30-days notice prior the next billing cycle (first day of each month). Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to ciranda@abadamarin.org with Cancellation Request in the subject line. It will be our priority to take care of you. However, membership fees will not be prorated for months with holidays or breaks. See the class schedule. Membership fees only will be prorated under limited circumstances, such as cancellation of multiple classes due to teacher health issues, subject to the sole discretion of ABADÁ-Capoeira Marin. If a membership is cancelled prior to one year of membership, there is a $20 cancellation fee.

Membership on HOLD:
Memberships can be placed on hold with 30-days notice prior the next billing cycle (the first day of each month). Hold requests must be sent in writing to ciranda@abadamarin.org with Hold Request in the subject line. The cost for a Membership Hold is $10. Memberships can be placed on hold for either one month or two months (maximum) beginning with the first day of each month. A membership may be placed on hold for a maximum of two consecutive months and one time per year.
