All of our Marin students gather together to celebrate one another's growth. All ABADÁ-Capoeira Marin adult and youth students should register for the Batizado!
The event will take place from 11 AM to 1 PM.
All students must be in full uniform (ABADÁ pants, ABADÁ white t-shirt and cord). If you need to buy a uniform, please email Instrutora Ciranda at CIRANDA@ABADAMARIN.ORG IN ADVANCE. Be sure to bring your water bottle.

$30 > VISITORS - Single Workshop (To sign up for multiple single workshops, you just need to enter all information for the 1st ticket on the next page, then name and email for any additional tickets)

Batizado Checklist!
Here are the requirements to participate in the 2024 Batizado Graduation Ceremony on June 9, 2024
Register in advance
All students need to register in advance. No drop-ins or last-minute registration. Registration Deadline: MAY 18, 2024
Uniform
Students must wear a clean and complete uniform to both the ceremony and the workshop.
Cords knot
Children are encouraged to learn how to tie the knot (boca de lobo) with their cords. Practice at home if possible.
Be on time
All students must be at Bacich Elementary School, Community Center, no later than 10:00 am. Volunteers - please arrive by 9:00 am.

5-6 PM 8-12 years old
6:30-8:30 PM Teen/Adult mixed level cords (Rhythm and Opening Roda)
THURSDAY, JUNE 6
4:30-5:00PM 3-5 years old
5:10-6:00PM 6-12 years old
6:15-7:15PM Teen/Adult Natural to Yellow/Orange cords
7:30-9:00PM Teen/Adult Orange cords and up
